Terms and Conditions — PLS VIP Limo
1. Booking and Reservations
All reservations are subject to vehicle availability. Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email. A confirmation will be sent with trip details for your review.
2. Pricing
Prices are based on vehicle type, distance, and duration. Quoted rates do not include tolls, parking fees, or gratuity unless stated otherwise. Pricing for airport transfers is typically flat-rate; all other services may be hourly or point-to-point.
3. Payment
We accept all major credit cards, corporate accounts, and cash. Payment is required upon completion of service unless pre-arranged. A valid credit card is required to hold reservations.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee up to 100% of the quoted rate.
5. Wait Time
For airport pickups, a complimentary wait time of 30 minutes after flight landing is provided for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights. Additional wait time may be charged at the applicable hourly rate.
6. Passenger Responsibility
Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the service. Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles. Passengers must comply with all applicable laws during transportation.
7. Liability
PLS VIP Limo carries full commercial insurance as required by the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC). Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
8. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
